Holistic Counseling

Holistic counseling offers space to slow down, listen more deeply, and become curious about what is unfolding within you. Rather than pathologizing pain or focusing only on symptoms and what needs to be “fixed,” our work seeks to understand the breadth of your lived and internal experience, including your emotions, relationships, patterns, nervous system, body, inner world, and connection with the living world around you.

None of us exists in isolation. The relationships, communities, cultures, systems, and environments we live within deeply shape how we come to understand ourselves and our place in the larger ecosystem of life. My approach makes room for this wider context while remaining grounded in the belief that you carry an inherent wisdom of your own. Together, we can become curious about what your experiences have asked you to adapt to, what may no longer be serving you, and what it might mean to reconnect with your own needs, values, inner knowing, and true nature.

You may be navigating anxiety or depression, feeling disconnected from yourself, moving through a life transition, struggling with recurring relationship patterns, feeling overwhelmed or burned out, or simply sensing that something in your life is asking for deeper attention. You don't need to have a diagnosis or even know exactly what is wrong to begin. Sometimes the starting place is simply knowing that the way things are no longer feels like the way you want them to be.

My approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic frameworks as well as my own lived experience and ways of understanding healing. Grounded in a strengths-based, humanistic perspective, I believe each person carries wisdom, capacity, and an innate movement toward growth. Rather than positioning myself as the expert on your experience, I see our work as collaborative, with space for curiosity, reflection, honest exploration, and the discovery of what feels most true and meaningful for you.

It is a genuine honor to meet someone in the present moment of their process and to accompany them as something new begins to take shape. I bring curiosity, compassion, honesty, and attunement to our work, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, ecotherapy, mindfulness, somatic and experiential approaches depending on what feels most supportive to you.
